🚚 UK Orders

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our UK warehouse.

Orders over £50 qualify for free tracked shipping.

Standard delivery time: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent).

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

💡 We carefully package every order with collector-safe protection — no crushed corners or bent cards.


🌍 International Orders

📦 International Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Peak periods may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time (International):
Typical delivery is 5–12 working days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking:
All international orders include full tracking and delivery updates.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country.
These fees are paid by the buyer.

Customs Delays:
We cannot control customs inspections. Delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs.


💸 Duties & Taxes (International)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees.

All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, any return shipping or customs charges will be deducted from the refund.

We are legally required to declare the value accurately on all customs forms.


🔁 Returns & Refunds (International)

Returns Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:
International return shipping is paid by the buyer.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Eligibility:
Returned items must be:

in original condition

unopened (sealed products)

unplayed (single cards must match the condition sold)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping or replace/refund the affected item.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Collector-grade packaging on every order.

Singles are sleeved or top-loaded.

Boosters and sealed products shipped in bubble wrap, void fill, and strong boxes.

Tamper-proof tape used on all sealed orders for added security.


💬 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us at info@holohub.net and we will investigate immediately.

We work closely with our delivery partners to resolve any issues quickly.


⏱️ Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed before 2PM (GMT) are usually processed the same day (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
